I’ve been using the Blockbuster DVD-by-mail service pretty much since it started — the unlimited free in-store exchanges sold me over Netflix. Since I was an early adopter, I still maintain this unlimited plan, despite the fact that it’s no longer offered to new customers. This has been enough to prevent Netflix from wooing me, even after trying out “Watch Instantly” on a trial basis, which is quite nice. If iPhone streaming does come soon, I may just make the switch, and it’ll save me $$$ on a Slingbox Pro HD.
